Roomie Apartment Hotel is set in Auckland, 5.5 km from Eden Park Stadium and 9 km from ASB Showgrounds. This 4-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage space. Staff are so nice at this hotel, during our stay they helped us with our bags and are always friendly. Happy to provide extra toiletries and coffee when we asked and showed us where the laundry was. We've stayed here twice now and the rooms are very spacious and clean. Hotel feels very safe as the property is gated.

The seafood restaurant downstairs, kingi, has a great vibe, food, and drinks, as does cafe hanoi, which is next door, but not affiliated with the hotel. We requested adjoining rooms, and got two at the end of the hall with a central door, so felt like a suite (could put our luggage and other items in the shared vestibule). The staff are extremely helpful, friendly, and polite, including reception, concierge, and housekeeping. Service is excellent.

Housed in a 2-storey villa, Hotel Fitzroy curated by Fable is a luxury boutique hotel offering a 24-hour front desk, 24-hour room service and free WiFi. Fantastic staff. Very hospitable and accommodating, especially given we had kids. They provided a cot for our baby and also went out of their way to provide us with late check out as our flight was at night.

Set 300 metres from Oneroa Beach, The Oyster Inn features rooms with free luggage storage. The hotel is just a 35-minute ferry ride from central Auckland. The food at the Oyster Inn was fresh, delicious, and nice selection. The setting was lovely as well. Bright, light dining room overseeing the harbor, fabulous views. Service was friendly and professional.
